Painfully Good ships all orders within the United States using secure, reliable carriers. All products are handcrafted in small batches, and we work hard to get your order out quickly and safely.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy market weeks or limited‑batch releases, processing times may vary slightly.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship using USPS based on the total weight of your order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Local delivery and pickup options may be available depending on your location and current schedule.
Delivery Times
USPS delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Local Delivery (Buckeye, AZ)
We offer local delivery for $5, or free delivery with the purchase of 3 or more products within our designated delivery area.
Shipping Restrictions
Because our products are food items, we currently ship within the United States only. Large orders may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is accepted by USPS, delivery times are outside our control. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help make it right.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply.
