How do you guarantee the shelf stability of your hot sauce?
We test the pH of every batch to ensure it stays between 3.5 and 3.7, well below the 4.2 requirement for shelf‑stable products. Our hot sauce is safe at room temperature, though you’re welcome to refrigerate it after opening

As a small, handcrafted food business, we can’t accept returns. Thank you for understanding and supporting what we do.

Because we use only fresh, natural ingredients and never add artificial coloring, the color of our hot sauce may vary slightly from batch to batch and may differ from product photos. Flavor and heat remain consistent—just like our commitment to quality.
Some of our products are Limited Edition because key ingredients are sourced locally here in Buckeye, Arizona.
